Instructions
Centrifuge for compelte separation of serum from red cells, but DO NOT ALIQUOT. Refrigerate or freeze within 2 hours of collection time.

Clinical Significance
This panel is used for the diagnosis of monoclonal gammopathies and eliminates the need for urine monoclonal studies as part of the initial screen for monoclonal gammopathies other than light chain amyloidosis.
