Centrifuge for complete separation of serum from red cells. Refrigerate until tested.

  • 2-8°C up to 10 days; otherwise freeze


Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles which may cause loss of antibody activity and give erroneous results.
