Clinical Significance
Aids in the evaluation and management of multiple myeloma and related plasma cell disorders. 

Note: This assay is highly sensitive to increasiing concentrations of monoclonal free kappa and free lambda light chains in serum of patinets with evolving or relapsing myelomas.
