2 mL aliquot (20 mL aliquot optimal)
Instructions
- Mix the specimen well and measure the 24 hour collected volume (RECORD TOTAL VOLUME)
- Aliquot 20 mL sample into a separate plastic screw-cap container
- Refrigerate until tested
