Instructions
Tumor paraffin block (formalin-fixed only) or five 4-micron unstained sections on Poly-L-Lysine or Silane coated slides.

Ship at room temperature.
Do not place paper labels with adhesive backing on slides. Use pencil or xylene resistant pen to write on the frosted end of the slide only.  Pathology report is required.

Clinical Significance
This marker can be used to aid in the diagnosis and/or prognosis of cancer. The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence should be complemented by morphological studies using proper controls and should be evaluated within the context of the patient's clinical history and other diagnostic tests by a qualified pathologist.
