Clinical Significance
VGKC antibody may be detected in acquired neuromyotonia, Morvan’s syndrome, autoimmune limbic encephalitis, autonomic dysfunction, peripheral nerve hyperexcitability, chronic idiopathic pain, and in SIADH.
