If Antinuclear Antibody (ANA), HEp-2, IgG is Detected, %38699 Antinuclear Ab, Single Pattern will be performed at an additional charge or %38700 Antinuclear Ab, Dual Pattern and %38701 Cytoplasmic Pattern may be performed at no additional charge.

If HMGCR Antibody screen is positive, %16071 HMGCR antibody, IgG will be performed at an additional charge.

Instructions
Separate from cells ASAP or within 2 hours of collection. Transfer 4 mL serum to ARUP standard transport tube.
