Green (Lithium Heparin or Sodium Heparin), serum separator tube SST or EDTA


Instructions
Allow serum tube to clot completely at room temperature. Separate serum or plasma from cells within 2 hours of collection. Transport 1 ml serum or plasma (min 0.5 mL).


Transport Temperature
Refrigerate


Specimen Stability
After separation from cells: Ambient 4 hours; Refrigerated 7 days; Frozen 29 days.
