One bag of 5 pooled CRYO units is about 80 ml and contains approximately 1200 mg Fibrinogen, 1500 U of Factor VIII and appreciable amounts of VonWillebrand Factor, Factor XIII and Fibronectin. In a 70 kg adult, one bag of 5 pooled CRYO units is expected to raise the fibrinogen level by 35 mg/dl.
