Instructions
200 mL liquid stool or 0.5 gram formed stool. Not valid on breast fed infants.


Transport Container
STERILE CUP
An Immunochromogenic assay for the qualitative detection of elevated levels of fecal lactoferrin, a marker for fecal leukocytes and an indicator of intestinal inflammation.      
 
Note: Not appropriate for fecal samples from breast fed infants. 
 
The laboratory will only test one specimen per patient per 24-hour period. 

Not valid on breast fed infants.

Transport fresh specimens to the laboratory as rapidly as possible.
