USE KITS ONLY - no other specimen types accepted Provider will send req with patient to lab, kits are in the lab. Use Kit, draw blood and process per instructions. 2 10 mL whole blood tan and black SPECIAL tubes, 7ml minimum. Ship to Counsyl Laboratories within 24 hours of collection, per kit instructions via Fed-Ex, 7 days/week. Do Not Freeze.
Results are sent to Central lab and Lakeview lab to be processed and scanned into the Epic chart.
