CPT Codes

A TB probe will be performed on all isolates submitted. If the probe is negative, the test will progress to an ID at an additional charge.

If MTB is identified, a sensitivity will be added at an additional charge.

An isolation charge will be added for organisms submitted in mixed culture.

Pure culture of isolate, safely-contained on Lowenstein-Jensen or Middlebrook slant

Frozed: Unacceptable
