Message
Due to manufacturer reagent discontinuation, all orders for lidocaine will be routed to Quest until further notice. The LAB30500 represents the Quest test. We are working to locate a new reagent presently. The expected Turn around Time for testing to Quest is 3 days.

Instructions
Specify dosage history. Time drawn must be written on label.

Instructions: Sample must be centrifuged within 2 hours of collection. Serum must be removed from the red cells and put into an aliquot tube following centrifugation.

Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Samples drawn in a tube with a separator gel will be rejected. The separator gel may cause falsely lower results.
