Instructions

Centrifuge and separate cells after clot formation and within 4 hours of collection.

Room temperature: 8 hours
Refrigerated: 48 hours
Frozen: > 48 hours

Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles, which may cause loss of antibody activity and give erroneous results.

Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)

Unlabeled, mislabeled, wrong tube type, hemolyzed, QNS, exceeds specimen stability requirements.
