Instructions
If submitting serum, allow to clot in an upright position. Centrifuge within 2 hours and pour carefully (do not pipette) serum/plasma into a plastic into a plastic trace metal-free tube (supply #23994 for serum: #23995 for plasma). It is also acceptable to transfer serum/plasma into another navy blue (plain) top tube after separation. See link below for specimen details, methodology, setup schedule and reference ranges.
