Instructions
Centrifuge and deliver to the testing department.
All Positive TP Antibody tests to reflex as follows:
If patient <= 6 months of age, reflex RPR (Monitor) with Reflex to Titer and Congenital Syphilis Screen, FTA(IgG, IgM)
If patient > 6 months of age, reflex RPR (Monitor) with Reflex to Titer and Treponema Pallidum Antibody, Particle Agglutination
All Positive TP Antibody tests to reflex as follows:
If patient <= 6 months of age, reflex RPR (Monitor) with Reflex to Titer and Congenital Syphilis Screen, FTA(IgG, IgM)
If patient > 6 months of age, reflex RPR (Monitor) with Reflex to Titer and Treponema Pallidum Antibody, Particle Agglutination

Limitations
The results obtained from this assay are intended to aid in diagnosis only. As with all serological treponemal tests for syphilis, interpretation of results obtained with the Syphilis Health Check Treponemal Antibody test must be used in conjunction with a nontreponemal syphilis serologic test with titer, the patient’s clinical symptoms, medical history and other clinical and/or laboratory findings to produce an diagnosis of syphilis by stage.
