Preferred Specimen
Sample not required, if blood type on file. Blood Bank will call if sample required.


Instructions
Do not order until there is an order to transfuse a specify Volume, CMV negative or directed donor requirements by answering order questions. Order will print in Blood Bank. Platelets will routinely be provided prefiltered in a syringe.
