Instructions
Must be cord blood sample. For Heelstick samples, order Blood type (BT) and Direct Coombs (DAT). Eluate and cord bilirubin performed when Direct Coombs test is positive in the presence of maternal antibodies. Test is cancelled by transfusion service is not required.
