Instructions
Infants: If submitting cord blood specimen, do not order direct coombs. Order Neonatal Blood Type and Direct Coombs Evaluation (NBEV), which includes ABO, Rh, and Direct Coombs.
Adults: If positive, will reflex to IgG and C3d DAT Testing.
Adults: If positive, will reflex to IgG and C3d DAT Testing.
Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
