Light green top tube (lithium heparin plasma)


Minimum Volume
600 uL whole blood (one full light-green-top microtainer or two full red-top microtainers).

300 uL plasma.

Gold top (serum separator tube) or Red Top


Instructions
LAB: Serum acceptable. No hemolysis. Keep specimen at Ambient Temperature.
Dilute grossly lipemic specimens.
