Instructions
1. Collect stool in collection hat.
2. Open green cap of sampling bottle by turning to the left and pulling upwards.
3. Scrape the surface of the fecal sample with the sample probe, covering the grooved portion of the probe completely with stool sample.
4. Insert sample probe into sampling bottle and close tightly. Do not reopen.
5. Mail specimens using the prepaid envelope or deliver to a Guthrie office.
