Instructions
This test is offered for sites that perform their own urine dipstick testing.
1. Collect a mid-stream, clean catch urine specimen using a urine cup.
2. Perform the point of care urine dipstick test in the provider’s office.
3. Transfer urine into a yellow-top no additive conical urine tube and into a gray-top urine C&S tube.
