GUTHRIE CLINIC LAB, CORNING, TOWANDA, TROY: Collect urine in a sterile container and transfer to a yellow-top no additive urine chemistry tube tube.
CORTLAND: Collect urine in a sterile container and transfer to a yellow urinalysis conical tube.
