Guthrie patients who require paternity testing must contact DNA DIAGNOSTICS CENTER (1-800-681-7162) (https://dnacenter.com/).
Instructions
1. Patients who are collected in NYS must have a physician’s order to schedule with the testing facility. If scheduled to be collected in PA, no physician order is required. 2. DDC sends a collection kit directly to Guthrie Corning, Guthrie Clinic Lab or Troy Hospitals. Regional offices are not permitted to collect paternity tests. 3. DDC contacts the hospital to make an appointment for the patient’s specimen collection.
