4 mL whole blood collected in an EDTA (lavender-top) tube
4 mL whole blood collected in an EDTA (lavender-top) tube

Instructions
Both samples must be received for testing:
Sodium or lithium heparin (green-top) tube for RBC potassium and EDTA (lavender-top) tube for non-reportable hematocrit
Note: Both samples must only be collected Mon-Thurs and must be received together for testing.
