Instructions
Venous samples are drawn and obtained by nursing/ phelbotomy. RT is informed once sample is drawn for RT to pick up and process in the ABG lab

Specimen must have patient label attached to sample/syringe 2. If blood has clotted not allowing for sample to pass through machine for sampling
