Pap sample in PreservCyt Thin Prep vial.
Collect ectocervical sample using plastic spatula,
collect endocervical sample using the endocervical
brush. Stir spatula or brush vigorously in fluid
in vial. Do not leave brush or spatula in vial.


Specimen Stability
Room temperature: 30 days
Refrigerated: 30 days
Frozen: Unacceptable


Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
No identification or mis-identification, expired thin
