Instructions
"Sources for this test are usually genital or urine. Sterile technique; inoculate swab with specimen and insert swab into approximately 1-2 mL sterile saline in sterile tube. Specimen must be labeled with patient's first and last name, birth date, source, and date and time collected. Submit specimen to Microbiology STAT."
