Minimum Volume
1 ml

Instructions
Collect random urine in a clean plastic screw top container without preservative.

Specimen Stability
Refrigerate within 2 hours.  Stable for 3 days refrigerated.

Methodology
Two point rate:The concentration of drug in the urine sample is directly propotional to measured enzyme activity.

Limitations
The opiates reagent has cross-reactivity with the semi-synthetic opioids including
oxycodone at 1979 ng/mL and hydrocodone at 250 ng/mL

Reference Range
Negative
A negative result indicates that the drug level is below the cut-off concentration:
Amphetamines   1000 ng/mL
Barbiturates    200 ng/mL
Benzodiazepines 200 ng/mL
Cannabinoids     20 ng/mL
Cocaine         300 ng/mL
Opiates         300 ng/mL
Phencyclidine    25 ng/mL
