Specimen Stability
Refrigerate, stable 3 days; stable 4 hours at room temperature; stable 6 months if frozen.


Methodology
Colorimetric: The amount of colored complex formed is proport'l to the amount of TP in the sample and is measured by reflectance s'photometry.
