"Routine venipuncture; draw just prior to next oral dose. For I.V. administration draw 2-4 hours postdose. . Note: For patients receiving fosphenytoin therapy collect as trough (at least 2 hours after I.V. infusion or at least 4 hours after I.M. injection).
