Fixed-point immuno-rate:The reflection density is directly proportional to the concentration of CRP in the sample.

Clinical Significance
C-reactive protein measurements are used in the clinical evaluation of stress, trauma, infection, inflammation, and surgery. Do not confuse this test with Highly Sensitive CRP (cardiac monitor).
