Instructions
Routine venipuncture. 5ml Red/gold top serum separator tube or 4.5ml light green top (heparin) tube. Minimum Volume 2ml. Centrifuge within 2 hours of collection.

Refrigerate, stable 72 hours; stable 8 hours at room temperature


Methodology
Multiple-point rate:The rate of change in reflectance density is proportional to enzyme activity in the sample.
