Reference Range

Clinical Significance
When performing an ABO incompatible stem cell transplant, high titers of isoagglutinins in the recipient will cause hemolysis of the transplant.  Titers of isoagglutinins are therefore required prior to ABO incompatible transplants to determine the titer of naturally occurring anti-A and/or anti-B in the recipient.
