Celiac Cascading Reflex Criteria:
- If IgA is within or above the age specific range and >=10 mg/dL, test reflexes to Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) IgA Ab and Gliadin (Deaminated) IgA Ab.
- If IgA is low (>=10 mg/dL & below age specific range) test reflexes to Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) IgG Ab, Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) IgA Ab, and Gliadin (Deaminated) Abs, IgA and IgG.
- If IgA is deficient (<10 mg/dL) test reflexes to Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) IgG Ab, and Gliadin (Deaminated) IgG Ab
