Genes on this panel include BAP1, EPCAM, FH, FLCN, MET, MITF, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, PTEN, SDHA, SDHB, SDHC, SDHD, TP53, TSC1, TSC2, VHL. Full gene sequencing is performed for 18 of the genes (excluding EPCAM). Gross deletion/duplication analysis is performed for all 19 genes.
