Genes on this panel include APC, ATM, BRCA1, BRCA2, CDKN2A, EPCAM, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PALB2, PMS2, STK11, and TP53.
Full gene sequencing is performed for 12 of the genes (excluding EPCAM). Gross deletion/duplication analysis is performed for all 13 genes.
