Compatibility Testing - Blood Bank

This test is only available in BHS CPRS using special menus. If you are a Bedford provider please contact the Laboratory for assistance.

Specimen must bear FULL NAME, SSN, date and signature of phlebotomist and be accompanied by signed and printed blood bank specimen collection form. Sample is valid for testing up to 3 days from time of specimen collection, Day 0 is the day of the draw. Implement order by entering an order  in CPRS/GUI. Brockton Order and Sample must be received by noon to ensure delivery on last shuttle to Brockton
