Instructions

This Is A Single Card Test For General Use. It should be used for Inpatient Testing when one card at a time is sent to the lab. It can also be used For Single Outpatient Testing but it should NOT be used when the three card test is required.

Transport Temperature

Collection card slides must be kept at room temp. DO NOT REFRIGERATE or FREEZE!
