Specify Body site!
Anaerobic culture will not be performed on swab specimens unless they are received in anaerobic transport media.
Anaerobic transport medium is available in the Microbiology lab.  Call ext. 35954


Transport Temperature
  1. Room temperature: ≤ 2 hours


Specimen Stability
Room temperature: ≤ 24 hours
