This test code is used for ordering interphase analysis of 100-300 cells by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) using one probe. The probe must be specified in the test order. Additional analytes may be available. Contact performing laboratory. If one or more FISH tests are ordered on a specimen without chromosome analysis, a tissue culture test code will be added at an additional charge. If results are not possible, the test order may be canceled and replaced by code 416 - Cytogenetics Communicaton.
