1 mL plasma for each timed specimen


Instructions
Specimen is collected prior to administration of 75 g oral glucose beverage (fasting) and then at 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 hours after beverage is consumed by patient. Note: Dosage may be different for pediatric or pregnant patients. This dosage is for patients at least 17 years of age. Be sure to use the appropriate "timed" label for each representative sample.
