3-4 cores submitted in sterile saline

Instructions

This test is accepted Monday thru Friday and must be scheduled 24 hours in advance with the Pathology department. Complete the "Renal Pathology Laboratory Request for Diagnosis and Clinical Abstract" form and submit it along with a completed Pathology Specimen Diagnosis request form along with the specimen. The Renal laboratory request form may be faxed in advance to the reference lab indicated on the form.
