Patients should be on a specified dose of CsA for at least 3 days prior to collecting sample for analysis. If collecting for trough
level, patient sample should be collected just prior to next dose of CsA. If collecting for C2 level, patient sample should be collected
at 2 hours +/-5 minutes of CsA dosing.
