Preferred Specimen
4.0 mL of whole blood preferred (2.0 mL of plasma)
Minimum Volume
0.8 mL of whole blood (0.4 mL plasma).. This volume will not allow for any repeat testing.
Instructions
Centrifuge immediately after collection. Do not leave blood at ambient temperature. Separate and freeze plasma immediately. Store and ship frozen in plastic vial. Please note whether recumbent or upright sample.
