Instructions
Draw a full, pink-top (EDTA) tube and send EDTA whole blood in original VACUTAINER®. Invert several times to mix blood. Forward unprocessed whole blood promptly at ambient temperature only. Note: 1. Include report of diagnosis and history of transfusions and drug therapy.
