Urinalysis with Microscopic Examination

Appearence, Color, Glucose, Bilirubin, Urobilinogen, Ketones, Specific Gravity, pH, Protein, Blood, Nitrite, and Leukocyte Esterase
Microscopic examination will be performed when any of the following are noted:
1. Abnormal appearance or color
2. Greater than a trace of protein
3. Positive for blood, leukocyte esterase, or nitrite
