Specimen Volume: 3 mL (minimum volume: 0.5 mL) of serum

Minimum Volume
Pediatric volume: 0.2 mL


Instructions
Venipuncture should occur prior to sulfasalazine and/or sulfapyridine adminstration due to the potential for falsely depressed results.
