Container/Tube: Adeza Biomedical Specimen Collection Kit
Collection Instructions: This is the only acceptable specimen collection system that can be used for this assay. See Specimen Collection Kit directional insert for complete instructions.
Note: 1. Do not contaminate swab with lubricants, soaps, or disinfectants. 2. Specimen must be obtained prior to digital cervical examination, vaginal probe ultrasound, or collection of swab for culture. 3. Place swab in culture transport container. Do not spill buffer from tube. 4. Do not use a substitute swab. 5. Do not expose specimen to temperature extremes.
