A patient Blood Bank identification bracelet is required. 
If cryopoor plasma is needed, indicate on request form

Clinical Significance
Fresh frozen plasma is a blood product given to help the clotting mechanism or for plasma exchange. Cryopoor plasma lacks factor VIII and should be used for plasma exchanges in patients who have thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura
